War boards

War boards
A war board is a visual action plan for your most important project. It’s where ideas, priorities, and next steps meet clarity and execution. This is not a to-do list—it’s a strategy, a map, and a motivator all in one.

»

Before & after

  • Before: Your work feels scattered. Priorities compete. Execution feels slow or stalled.
  • After war-boarding: You have a clear visual plan. You know what matters, what to tackle next, and how to measure progress. Your work flows with focus and purpose.

What is a war board?

A war board helps you:

  • Align with your values: Set your GPS for your most important priorities.
  • Clarify your goals: Define what meaningful work looks like for you.
  • Visualize the path: Break projects into actionable steps and milestones.
  • Track progress: See what’s done, what’s next, and where momentum stalls.

It’s a place to stop spinning your wheels and start moving with intention.

What you receive

  • Initial project launch workbook (aka, the brain dump doc)
  • Two (2) deep-dive work sessions over Zoom (90-min each)
  • A personalized war board mapped in Milanote* and structured for your project’s needs.
  • A step-by-step action plan to map your work and move your vision forward.
  • Execution support including strategies to stay on track and maintain momentum.

Note: You will need a free Milanote account to utilize your war board. A paid account is optional, should you decide to create additional boards outside the parameters of a free account. Note that I do not receive an affiliate commission for your purchase or subscription; Milanote is a great product that I've come to use for my own war boards, and I find it most effective at the task.

What you will not receive

  • Generic productivity hacks: Every board is tailored to your work.
  • Motivation without strategy: This is about execution, not pep talks.
  • A passive checklist: Your board only works if you engage and act.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you:

  • You want to launch meaningful work with clarity and speed.
  • You crave a visual, strategic approach to managing projects.
  • You’re ready to move from idea to action.

This is not for you if you:

  • You’re not ready to do the work. Plans only work if you do.
  • You prefer vague plans or wishful thinking over action.

Availability + investment

  • $500 for a full war board creation (due at checkout)
  • Limited spots per 3-week interval
  • Waitlist available if the current cycle fills up

FAQ

What is a war board?
A war board is a visual action plan for your meaningful project. It’s not a to-do list, not coaching, but a strategic, visual roadmap for action and clarity.
What kind of result can I expect?
This isn’t about life overhauls or pep talks. It’s about execution. Expect a clear visual map of your project with actionable steps and milestones—not motivational platitudes or cheerleading.
What’s included in a war board experience?

How do we work together?
  1. You'll start by completing the project launch workbook (aka, the brain dump doc).
  2. Once your workbook is complete, you'll submit it using the workbook submission form.
  3. On submission of the workbook submission form, you'll be asked to schedule your first Zoom work session (minimum 5 days to allow time for me to craft the start of your war board).
  4. We'll meet to discuss your war board (the first Zoom work session).
  5. On completion of our first Zoom work session, you'll submit any revisions for your war board and (upon submission of the revision request form) schedule our final Zoom work session (again, minimum 5 days to allow time for me to make your requested revisions).
  6. We'll meet for your final Zoom work session to make sure you can navigate it and have a strategy for executing your vision.
Can I get help on more than one project at once?
Nope. Each war board engagement/round covers one project only. If you want to map another project later, it’ll need a separate engagement—that keeps the board (and our focus) clean and powerful.
What if I can’t finish in the time allowed?
Only serious emergencies count for extensions: hospitalization, grave illness, death of an immediate family member, natural disaster, or similarly impactful events. No refunds, but, in the case of an emergency, you may request a 2-week extension (max time: 6 weeks total). Please be sure to read the full terms and conditions BEFORE enrolling to ensure you can commit to the timeframe and schedule for completion.
Is my war board private?
Yes, only with your explicit permission will your war board be featured in teaching, resources, or promotion.
What happens when the journey ends?
You’ll receive a closing letter and your soul map PDF. Your inbox will be closed unless you choose to keep it open via a “Hold my inbox” request ($60/year). I won’t respond to messages after the season closes unless we’ve reopened the container. (I set my own inbox to automatically archive messages from any accounts that are not actively in a soul-mapping season.)
Can I return for another round of war-boarding?
Yes. I only take a certain number of clients on at a time, so as long as I have availability, you're welcome to enroll in another round of war-boarding anytime.
